Wedding Play – Terms & Conditions
By booking with Wedding Play, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event date, as agreed at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the event date, the deposit will be retained.
If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of the event date, no refund will be issued.
3. Weather & Event Circumstances
Wedding Play accepts no responsibility for adverse weather conditions or any impact they may have on the use of equipment.
We are also not liable for cancellation, postponement, or disruption of your event for any reason outside of our control.
4. Venue Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the chosen venue permits the use of hired games and equipment.
Where overnight hire or storage is required, the client must ensure that the venue allows safe and secure storage of all equipment.
5. Use of Equipment & Supervision
All equipment provided remains the responsibility of the client for the duration of the hire period.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the equipment.
6. Damage & Loss
Any damage caused to equipment during the hire period must be reported immediately.
Clients will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement if damage is deemed excessive, including but not limited to misuse, negligence, or intentional damage.
7. Liability & Insurance
Wedding Play holds valid public liability insurance.
However, all equipment is used at the client’s and guests’ own risk. Wedding Play accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our equipment.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Wedding Play reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
